Regular Season: Day One

The regular season kicks off tonight, but there aren't many games on the schedule for this evening that are getting me truly excited.

Perhaps the best matchup will be out west, as Fulton County travels to Graves County in a game that will test how serious a contender the Pilots can be in the 1st region.

McCreary Central, one of the sleepers in the 12th region, has a tough out-of-state test at home against Knoxville Christian (TN).

If there's a team in the 5th region that can challenge the Big Three in the 17th District, it might be Caverna. The Colonels are at Fort Knox tonight.

Finally, University Heights starts their season south of the border as they travel to Clarksville (TN) for a stiff opening test.

Tuesday has some interesting matchups in store, including several good Lexington vs. Covington-area matchups.
